About the Role

Located at our Support Office in Rosalie and reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, this role involves supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our growing team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation and ensuring operational excellence in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer various forms and letters, relating to a range of P&C functions- i.e. change of conditions, onboarding, and compliance related documentation.
  • Data entry into various systems such as, Referoo, Intercheck and XPLOR
  • Assist in the digital transition of forms and processes.
  • Administering employment contracts and ensure appropriate filing.
  • First point of contact for employee enquiries
  • Implement effective file management practices, including organising folders with proper naming conventions, auditing for missing documentation, and ensuring ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the People & Culture team as required.

About You

We are seeking an experienced HR administrator with a strong background in managing HR processes and documentation. Ideally, you have experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives within HR functions. Your diligence, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential for success in this role.
