The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking an energetic and outgoing People & Culture intern to perform as an active member of the HR Business Partner Team. As a P&C intern, she/he will be exposed to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition process in coordination with the Business Partners team.
Draft and publish job postings for national and international positions across social networks and job boards.
Assist in the recruitment process for national consultancy positions.
Maintain and update databases, as well as prepare KPI reports.
Prepare induction and training presentations for internal clients in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Provide logistical support for organizational welfare and engagement events.
Consolidate and organize data related to HR stakeholders.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Student of Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
Prior internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on details.
Flexible interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
