This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and enhance our workplace culture, build strong working relationships with team members at all levels, and ensure a supportive and engaging work environment. We are looking for an individual with strong HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.Our ideal candidate should:

  • Possess experience at management level in human resources, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, actively engaging with team members at all levels to understand their needs and promote a positive work culture
  • Prioritise team wellbeing and engagement, fostering a supportive and motivating environment where all team members can thrive and contribute to the success of Cliveden House
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships and trust with the team
  • Show a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion, ensuring these values are integrated into all aspects of the workplace
  • Display strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, effectively managing HR processes and addressing any issues that arise
  • Be proactive and innovative in implementing the Iconic Luxury Hotels People Plan at Cliveden House and ensuring initiatives align with our values and goals
