your opportunity
Based at Milton and working with the People and Culture team, this role has responsibility for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and support of yourtown’s HR information systems and software. Working collaboratively with the People and Culture and IDT teams, you will ensure HR data and processes are accurately and securely managed and system functionality is optimised.
Your role will include:
- Administer, maintain and improve the HR information systems and software
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and system security
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline HR processes
- Provide training and support to system users
what we are looking for
You will be flexible and adaptable, with a strong customer service focus and will enjoy collaborating with a wide range of people to drive system and process optimisation.
You will bring:
- passion, commitment, and belief in young people.
- bachelor degree in HR Management, information technology or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience with HRIS systems and proven experience in HR systems administration.
- strong knowledge of HR processes, data management and compliance
- excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- experience with PageUp, Preceda, Litmos and Azure AD will be highly regarded.
- this position is a permanent full-time role but we are happy to explore the role being 4 days per week or 9 days per fortnight for the right candidate.
