Come be HR at an HR company, where you’ll be a valued partner every day.The People & Leader Development (PLD), Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing key programs across the employee lifecycle, including the comprehensive global onboarding experience for new hires. This role is to ensure a seamless and effective transition for employees from offer acceptance through their first few months with the company and beyond.You will collaborate across departments and locations to enhance the new hire experience, drive engagement, and ensure new employees are well-integrated into Personio’s culture and operations. In addition, you will also manage immersive development programs, including a quarterly leadership development event and future development programs.Role Requirements: What you need to succeedEducation and Experience:5 + years of experience in HR, L&D, or a similar role, with a focus on onboarding and leadership development.Experience in end-to-end strategic program development.Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in HR software / systems (experience with Personio is a plus).Ability to drive cross-functional teams, regardless of reporting structure.High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.Strategic planning and program management.Senior stakeholder management and building and owning cross-functional relationships.Additional Qualifications:Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Familiarity with remote onboarding practices and tools.Why PersonioPersonio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported. Role Responsibilities: What you’ll doDesign, implement, and continuously improve the Personio onboarding program to ensure a positive and engaging new hire experienceOwn the relationship with People Operations, IT, Workplace, Talent Acquisition and other departments to ensure all pre-employment and first-day tasks are completed smoothly and efficientlyOversee the end-to-end management and execution of all development programs, including Leadership events, coaching, and mentorship.Own communication for core people development programs in partnership with experience & communication partnerWork closely with department POCs to understand their needs and ensure engagement in our core development programsPartner with facilitators and SMEs to ensure content and experience aligns to vision and expectations for our people programs, ensuring we deliver scalable, business focused and performance driven solutionsTrack and report on the effectiveness of our programs and areas for improvement.
