As People & Organisational Capability Coordinator, you will provide administration support, effective project coordination and facilitating communication for People and Organisational Capabilities (P&OC) global initiatives. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the P&OC team and the annual P&OC rhythms. Key responsibilities include team coordination, scheduling training sessions, managing communications, preparing materials, maintaining accurate records, and providing logistical support to P&OC initiatives.
Requirements include:
- Accredited Degree in one or more of the following; Business Management, Education/Professional Education and Training; HR/Human Resource Development; Organizational Development; Communications/Interpersonal Communications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing support and coordination to teams preferably around global programs or meetings.
- Professional expertise in coordination and support of global program design and delivery, preferably with experience in P&C, Learning or Development or Organizational Development.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software tools.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
