  • 0.9 – 1.0 permanent position classified at Grade 4 (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Stand-alone Community Health Services (Multi Employer) Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026)
  • $90,520.56 (pro-rata if 0.9) + 11% super + option for generous salary packaging
  • Enjoy a work-life balance with a minimum of 2-3 days in-office across Melbourne’s West + Access to monthly Accrued Days Off if full-time

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists to join our close-knit People and Culture team as a People Partner. Our People and Culture team exists to strengthen employee and client experiences by uniting ONE TEAM IPC Health so that they can meaningfully partner for life with our community. As a trusted partner to your client group’s leaders, you will deliver quality, responsive and client-focused business-partnering services and advisory through pragmatic and practical advice and solutions, supporting leaders to develop action plans and in the delivery and monitoring of outcomes.

You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the overall provision of quality Partnering and Employee Relations and broader P&C services across IPC Health, including contributing to the application of Future Workforce Strategic actions and measures. You will also make a difference through the identification and development of appropriate people management strategies and outcomes aligned to IPC Health’s strategy.

You will make a difference by

  • Partnering with portfolio service leaders to build internal and external strategic partnerships, analyse and proactively respond to changing workforce needs to deliver exceptional workforce outcomes
  • Supporting and facilitating all employee lifecycle functions from joining work, workforce management and leaving work
  • Providing exceptional customer service to IPC Health’s stakeholders throughout all of People and Culture’s shared service activities such as compliance monitoring, query resolution and ad-hoc project management

To succeed, you will need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources and equivalent on-the-job experience
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and management and/or process development and design
  • Knowledge and competence to promote workplace wellbeing and safety
  • Strong I.R and E.R skills and experience
  • Strong change management competency and experience
  • Strong case management competencies and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills capable of establishing trust, credibility and reliability to effectively coach, develop and influence inspiring leadership behaviour at all levels
  • A solution-oriented mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
