As a Performance professional you will work in a wider performance team who define the ROI we need to achieve on our budgets, track it through our marketing campaigns and activities was well as use it to support the budget and plan proposals.

You will work on measurement frameworks for large business, Global and Wholesale segments understanding the right KPIs to measure and developing dashboards for the marketing team and segment teams can use to assess the value of our activity.

You will have the ability to spot opportunities for efficiency and optimisation and work with the wider marketing team to action improvements. You will also identify gaps in our reporting and help develop additional KPIs as well as support interlocks and trading calls with segment commercial functions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Business partner with marketing managers across WS/CPS/Global to compile a consistent and coherent view of marketing performance
  • Collaborate with Performance and Budget team peers to create Director level packs telling a performance story through data
  • Perform short and long-term performance analysis, to support formulation of business plans and highlight early indications of risk
  • Use data and insight from multiple sources to identify optimisation opportunities; solving business problems and recommending change
  • Produce clear and insightful presentations in a variety of forums to manage and maintain stakeholder interaction and engagement.
  • Deliver campaign Performance PIRs and calculate ROI for Wholesale/CPS/Global specific campaigns.

Skills and Experience

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stakeholder management coupled with excellent written and verbal negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Analytical skills, ability to solve problems and think logically.
  • Good level of commercial acumen to support decision making.
  • Must be comfortable manipulating numerate data and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Understand how your actions impact the customer.
  • Ability to operate across a matrix organisation in numerous geographical locations globally.

Experience you would be expected to have

  • Previous experience working in a B2B role – preferably within a marketing team.
  • Experience of partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver requirements.
  • Experience of working in a commercial, fast-moving environment.
  • Numerate and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable operating with Financial MS Excel outputs and translating them to customers and stakeholders via MS PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Experience of working in the telecommunications industry
  • Exposure to large business ‘Lead to Sale’ process in UK market and/or Globally
  • Previously used Salesforce
