Hungarian Interchurch Aid (HIA) invites you to join our Training and Internship Program at our Permaculture Demonstration Site in Alqosh!
This unique opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about farming, business, and sustainable agriculture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are:
• Hardworking and ready to engage in physical farm work and hands-on learning.
• Business-oriented, with an interest in management and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communicators, who excel in open and transparent discussions.
• Persuasive sellers, skilled in promoting ideas and products.
• Organized, with strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Innovative thinkers, eager to tackle challenges with creativity.
Fresh graduates of the Agriculture department are strongly encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Gain:
By the end of the 10–11-week on-the-job training program, you’ll:
• Master permaculture principles and practices.
• Gain experience in monitoring and supporting farmers.
• Develop skills in organizing meetings and facilitating business initiatives.
• Acquire hands-on insights into sustainable agriculture and farm management.

Program Details:
• Length: 10–11 weeks (further selection may apply during this period).
• Salary: $400/month.

برنامج التدريب على الزراعة المستدامة والتدريب العملي لإدارة المزارع

ما هو البرنامج؟ 
هذا البرنامج مصمم للأفراد الشغوفين بالزراعة، وإدارة الأعمال، والزراعة المستدامة. خلال 10-11 أسبوعاً، ستكتسب مهارات عملية ومعرفة متقدمة في إدارة المزارع والزراعة المستدامة. 

من يمكنه التقديم؟ 
نبحث عن أشخاص يتمتعون بالمواصفات التالية: 

• مستعدون للعمل البدني والمشاركة في أنشطة زراعية عملية.

• لديهم توجه إداري وتجاري ورغبة في ريادة الأعمال.

• يجيدون مهارات التواصل الواضح والصريح.

• يمتلكون مهارات الترويج والبيع.

• منظمون وقادرون على التخطيط والتنسيق بفعالية.

• مبتكرون في حل المشكلات ولديهم أفكار إبداعية.

تشجيع خاص: 
حديثو التخرج من قسم الزراعة مدعوون بشدة للتقديم! 

ماذا ستستفيد؟ 
بعد انتهاء البرنامج التدريبي، ستتمكن من: 

1. فهم وإتقان مبادئ الزراعة المستدامة (Permaculture).

1. اكتساب خبرة في دعم ومتابعة المزارعين.

1. تطوير مهارات تنظيم الاجتماعات والمبادرات التجارية.

1. التعرف على ممارسات عملية في إدارة المزارع والزراعة المستدامة.

تفاصيل البرنامج: 

• المدة: 10-11 أسبوعًا (قد يُطلب اختيار إضافي خلال البرنامج).

• الراتب: 400 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Kurdish (Badeini), Arabic, or English; basic proficiency in email and application use.

 

o إتقان أي من اللغات التالية: الكردية (البادينية)، العربية، أو الإنجليزية.
o القدرة على استخدام البريد الإلكتروني والتطبيقات الأساسية.
