Job Title: Freelance Part-Time Personal Assistant and Events Coordinator to PR and Agent CEO of Boutique PR Agency and Documentary Maker

Are you passionate about animal rights and environmental issues? We are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant and Events Coordinator to support the CEO of our boutique PR agency in their mission to continue to make a positive impact globally on animal rights and animal welfare.

**Position:** Part-Time Personal Assistant and Events Coordinator

**Hours:** 14 hours per week, flexible schedule over the whole week

**Location:** Remote (UK or Northern Ireland based)  but must be able to come into London for events

**Salary:** National Living Wage per hour Or London Living Wage if you live in London

**Responsibilities:**

– Organize travel arrangements and book tickets

– Handle personal PA tasks for the CEO

– Communicate with celebrities and stakeholders

– Write formal and informal emails maintaining professional standards

– Organise group webinars

– Liaise harmoniously with other team members and suppliers

– Assist in coordinating team activities

– Maintain excellent grammar and English language in all communications

– Uphold a professional telephone manner

– Organise speaker events for the CEO with their direction, including putting tickets online to sell

– Answer client and prospect enquiries

– Chase prospects and liaise with clients

– Organise meetings with animal charities, sanctuaries and entrepreneurs who can help by partnering on animal rights initiatives and initiatives to decrease animal suffering

– Answer questions on the users on the group coaching platform that the Company has on the Skool app/Skool.com website

– Send out invites to celebrities and senior media industry talent and professionals

– Seek sponsors and/or gifts for CEO to review/post online

**Qualifications, Skills and Personality:**

– Friendly, positive, helpful, empathetic and supportive attitude

– Strong organizational skills

– Entrepreneurial, hard-working can-do attitude

– Excellent English grammar

– Confidence and a willingness to take initiative

– Problem Solver and taking the lead

– Ability to work remotely, independently and yet to still be motivated and a self starter working from home

– Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

– Use Powerpoint competently

– Manage the database on Excel

– Use MailChimp

– Keep a record of tasks on To Do list, that we can all access
