PURPOSEThe ECB Business Operations are recruiting for a dynamic and highly organised personal assistant that can also lead on supporting the logistics of the ECB Board, including some hospitality functions for high-profile England cricket fixtures. We enjoy the journey and have fun.YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IFYou enjoy working at pace, adapting to new challenges and solving problems.You enjoy working with senior leaders, Board members and other stakeholders to ensure effective decision making.You are keen to work as a team and get stuck in to collectively deliver results.You want a variety of responsibilities and tasks.YOU’LL BE DOINGManaging the diary and corporate activities for the Director of Business Operations, during a busy time for the team. At a busy time for the team you’ll be coordinating key meetings, organising travel and other logistics, driving forward stakeholder engagement and managing finance queries (expenses, POs, invoices and subscriptions).Support the ECB Board meetings, including taking minutes, organising travel and accommodation and other essential arrangements.Working on VIP hospitality across major matchdays in the summer.
