Who are we?
Euroa Health has supported our community throughout the years during significant events like the second world war, the Southern Aurora train crash, and the more recent COVID-19 pandemic. Our Acute Hospital remains one of only five Bush Nursing Hospitals in Victoria.
Over time, additional services and redevelopments have been added to the site. We have also seen the construction of buildings Amaroo, Euroaville, Gilburn house and most recently GraniteHill Aged Care which has expanded the services Euroa Health now provide to the community.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a superstar Personal Care Assistant who is interested in primarily working morning/afternoon/night shifts in a full- time, part-time or casual capacity. This role encompasses the fundamental responsibilities of a PCA, such as:
- Providing the best patient-centred care
- Working collaboratively with members of a multidisciplinary team
- Facilitating ongoing communication with different stakeholders
- Providing frequent observations of patients
- Accurately reporting any issues and concerns to nurses
- Maintaining supplies and equipment needed for efficient patient care.
- Ensuring patient hygiene and safety as a first priority
- Managing patient’s activity and care schedules
- Salary range of $30 – $35 per hour
What you will need to be successful:
- Cert III or IV qualifications in Individual Care or related
- Hold or willing to obtain a current NDIS Worker’s Check
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster
