Reports to: Director of Philanthropy, Annual & Planned Giving
A collaborative and flexible working style. You can support the goals of the team and collaborate with supervisors and leadership as well as collaborate across and within teams. Strong emotional intelligence is a must. You can work remotely and travel occasionally and strategically.
A strong technical proficiency with CRMs. You have experience maintaining detailed donor records and moves management tracking in a CRM. You are a strategic thinker and planner and can analyze data to inform strategy. Additionally, you can monitor incoming gift reports to ensure donors are thanked within 24-48 hou

WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Rainforest Trust is a remote first organization and the incumbent will be expected to work primarily from home with an excellent internet connection, though part-time office space may be available in Warrenton, VA and/or Washington DC.
Up to 20%. Occasional national and/or international travel may be required for donor meetings, organizational meetings and other events.
Location: This candidate is ideally based in the Central or Western United States.

ANTICIPATED SALARY
The salary range for this position is $73,000- $85,000 commensurate with experience. This base compensation range represents the anticipated low and high range of wages for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
