1. Introduction
Alphabet company seeks to engage a qualified photography trainer to develop and deliver specialized photography training to ARD media staff. The trainer will focus on enhancing the photography skills of the media staff.

2. Expected Outputs
• Provide comprehensive training techniques, including:
i) Digital photography fundamentals
ii) Lighting and composition
iii) Post-processing and photo editing
iv) Drone professional use
v) social media posting and promoting
vi) Storytelling through photography
• Enhance the participant’s ability to develop optimized professional photographic content for all major social media platforms.
• Equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to independently produce effective photographic content.
• Support the integration of photography capabilities within the organization’s communication and outreach strategies.
• Provision of comprehensive post-training evaluations to measure participant comprehension and practical application of skills.
• Submission of a detailed report outlining training outcomes and recommendations for further development. development.

3. Agreement Details
• The Trainer will conduct in-person training sessions.
• The training sessions will be scheduled over a period of 3 days.
• The trainer will deliver a comprehensive training plan and post-training evaluation report.

4. Deliverables
• A detailed training plan, specifying the objectives, topics, and schedules.
• Training materials tailored to the specific needs of the staff.
• A final report summarizing the outcomes of the training sessions, including participant progress.
• Design a comprehensive training curriculum covering the key aspects of photography.

5. Methodology
• The Photography Trainer will customize training materials to improve learners’ ability to operate digital cameras, both on location and in the studio, for professional photography.
• Provide guidance on methods for photo editing, covering the necessary software, hardware, and workflows.
• Provide tips and advice on complete trouble and preventive maintenance reports on photography equipment.
• Post-training evaluations will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of the training and identify any additional support needs.

6. Preparation
• Preparation of all training materials and schedules in advance of the sessions.
• Coordination with Alphabet company to ensure alignment of the training with organizational policies.
• Ensuring all logistical arrangements for the training sessions are in place, including materials, venues, and technology.

7. Specific Tasks
• Design and develop the training curriculum and materials.
• Deliver training sessions as per the agreed schedule.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through participant feedback and assessments.
• Write and submit a comprehensive training report to Alphabet company within 7 days of completing the training sessions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional photography, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven expertise in various photography techniques, including digital photography, lighting, composition, and post-processing.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical knowledge to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in developing and delivering tailored training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with the latest photography software, hardware, and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help participants troubleshoot issues and optimize their photography workflows.
