Better Health Network (BHN) – Allied Health team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Adult Physiotherapist.

As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist at BHN, you will provide high-quality, effective, and efficient health interventions to maximize independence and quality of life for clients. You will work as part of the Allied Health Team, focusing on delivering person-centered, holistic care that promotes wellness and active participation in decision-making about their health.

Key Responsibilities

As clinicians, we strongly advocate on behalf of our participants so they have the support they need when they need it. Your role will involve promoting client well-being and active participation in the decision-making process by providing person-centered, holistic, and goal-directed care.

  • Provide effective Physiotherapy interventions to target populations within BHN guidelines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in care delivery and participate in integrated, multi-disciplinary care within the Allied Health Teams.
  • Work with clients, families, and carers to achieve client-identified goals
  • Maintain accurate client records and adhere to infection control standards.
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and students on placement.
  • Contribute to the effective functioning of the service by ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or recognised equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in Physiotherapy in a Primary Health setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current Victorian driver’s license.
