About the role

The CHSP Sales & Scheduling Specialist at Uniting NSW/ACT is a full-time 6-month contract with the intention to extend Monday to Friday position based in Parramatta, NSW. (Standard office hours with some minor flexibility).

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients in Home Care and delivering the forward rosters for new clients and staff within the Metropolitan Sydney area.

You will be an integral member of the team through the following:

  • Forward rostering: fill rosters of new staff or existing staff with significant vacancies by matching their availabilities with client recurrent vacancies.
  • Home Care Package Sales: Assess referrals, qualify leads, and book visits. Handover led to Client Onboarding Specialist for in-home visits and closing.
  • Commonwealth Health Support Program Client Onboarding: MAC database management, lead generation, qualification, closing over the phone, and preparation of interim care plan.
  • Provision of Interim Services: Implement interim services as necessary to support clients while awaiting full-service commencement.
  • Collaboration and Handover: Work closely with neighbourhood coordinators and workforce leads to seamlessly hand over clients and rosters, ensuring a smooth transition for ongoing care provision.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in forward rostering and sales within the Home Care sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating a developed customer journey aligned to meet customer expectations to assist in the coordination of a community-based service or client care.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
