Location: HuddersfieldSalary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience working 40 hours per week from our office in HD8.Tersus Consultancy, in the midst of rapid expansion, is eagerly recruiting a Planning Co-Ordinator to assist with internal planning.RequirementsWhat will you be doing?

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficiency
• Work closely with the planning team to support new systems, process’ and central capacity planning
• Effectivley allocate work to field based surveyors across the UK ensuring work is planned and scheduled to meet the needs of our customers and contracted SLA’s
• Develop an understanding of our client requirements and the skill sets of our surveyors to allow for effective decision planning with scheduling work

What do you need?

• Proven experience in a planning role is advantageous
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
