Planning Senior Associate/Legal Director 6+ PQE – Leeds A highly regarded Yorkshire firm is looking for a Planning Solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, to join their top-tier team in Leeds. The Opportunity: The successful candidate will work on wide range of high quality planning work, advising high profile commercial clients on various projects with a planning aspect. The role will include planning applications, planning appeals, compulsory purchase, rights of way and highway advice. The work is interesting and varied, spanning a broad range of sectors such as waste/renewables, motorway services, residential, retail and warehouse schemes. What they’re looking for: * You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE * Experience gained within an established planning practice * Demonstrable experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious planning matters * You will be outgoing, with the ability to gain relationships with colleagues and new and existing clients * Strong commercial acumen and willing to participate in business development On offer is a market-leading salary and bonus scheme, as well as hybrid working and a wide range of other benefits.
