When preparing your offer, please be guided by the RFP Instructions and Data. Please note that offers must be submitted using Annex 2: Offer Submission Form, Annex 3: Technical Offer, and Annex 4: Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicate in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your offer is submitted on or before the deadline. Offers received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
