The Trust has a diverse property portfolio of around 68 sites with an approximate total GIA of. 70,000sq. m spread across Kent and Medway, which provide 24-7 365-day patient services.Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) employs around 5700 staff made up of community nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians, podiatrists, dental staff and many other health care professionals and corporate services. The Trust is one of the largest community health providers in England, serving a population of approximately 1.4 million people across Kent, East Sussex and parts of London Boroughs. This Trust has 33 sites included in the contract.About the Role:As a Plumber within our Kent and Medway branch you will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Plumbing repairs, new installs and scheduled PPM activities to hospitals, clinics and offices, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
There is an expectation that any candidates will need to undertake OOH duties. This will be Monday evening to following Monday morning every 4 weeks.Role Criteria:
