Responsibilities

• Provide expert plumbing and drain cleaning services to customers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
• Respond promptly to service calls in customers’ homes, diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Offer fixtures, accessory items, and service agreements to customers as part of the service package, explaining their benefits and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Utilize customer service training to engage with customers, offering guidance and education on plumbing service options, recommended products, and available financing plans.
• Participate in training apprentice plumbers, sharing knowledge and skills to support their professional development and ensure consistent service excellence within the team.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of field experience in Plumbing
• Valid driver’s license and must pass an MVR
• Self-starting, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude
• Authorization to work in the US.
