Based out of Basingstoke, you’ll be working around North Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.Want to know what we can offer you?

Here’s the facts about the role:As a plumber multi, you’ll carry out plumbing alterations and maintenance to our properties, supplies and private appliances. You’ll identify, diagnose and rectify any faults in appliances. And carry out repairs and maintenance within our properties including carpentry and other skilled trades. This role will involve some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device.You’ll need to have a qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent). And be able to provide us with proof if you get shortlisted for an interview. You’ll also need to have a strong background in a similar role.We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However, due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of:

• Working at heights
• Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
• A high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles

A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary.
