Based in central London, our client in the Real Estate sector is looking for an Investment Analyst to work closely with their Investment Director, covering a wide range of duties, including investment, market study, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, forecasting and budget control.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, standards, and procedures for project management.
  • Ensure that projects are managed consistently and effectively across the organisation.
  • Monitor projects to ensure compliance with organisational policies, methodologies, and governance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of projects to identify any deviations or non-compliance issues.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with projects within the portfolio.
  • Ensure that risk management practices are integrated into the project management process and that risks are reported and mitigated appropriately.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on project performance, compliance, risks, and governance metrics.
  • Analyse project data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and providing insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the PMO, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Communicate governance requirements and updates to project teams and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Implement changes to governance frameworks based on feedback, industry best practices, and organizational needs.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and teams on governance policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Help to build awareness and understanding of the importance of governance in project management.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables by conducting reviews and assessments against predefined criteria.
  • Support project quality assurance initiatives to improve overall project delivery standards.
  • Assist in the management of the project portfolio, ensuring that governance processes are applied consistently across all projects.
