The Opportunity
This opportunity is a 0.8 FTE Fixed Term position to 1st May 2025. The role is classified an Allied Health Professional Award Grade 2 offering $45.41- $52.22 pa commensurate with skills and experience plus 11% super under the Allied Health Professionals Victorian Community Health Sector Multi-Employer Agreement 2022-2026.
Broaden your clinical experience as a Podiatrist within the community health sector where you will be well supported by a dynamic team, as well as a Senior Clinician. You will apply your learnings and clinical knowledge in this excellent growth opportunity to provide high quality podiatry care. In addition to embedding a continuous improvement and wholistic care approach, you will provide services focussing on care management and intervention at both the individual and community level.
This is a diverse clinical role where you will gain exposure to providing health education, therapeutic management and health promotion within a direct service model. This opportunity will enable you to further build your clinical and professional capacity through –
- Regular supervision including our newly developed supervision framework for Grade 1 clinicians, in-house continuing education and opportunities to attend seminars, workshops, and conferences.

- Sharing your valuable insights as a key advisor in how we can deliver better client care experiences.
You will make a difference by
- Improving the health and wellbeing outcomes of the local community through quality and best practice podiatry care, management and intervention.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow and improve the clinical service aligned to strategic and operational objectives.
- Promoting collaboration across internal and external partners to improve service enhancement and learnings.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Podiatry) or equivalent and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Podiatrist with demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills in high risk foot conditions and wound management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD) with effective engagement skills.
- High level communication (verbal and written), negotiation, organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed technical skills with the ability to adapt to client management systems.
- Current and valid Victorian driver’s licence and Working with Children’s Check.
