About You
The newly created position of Policy and Compliance Manager will work with the Senior Management Team to implement and ensure all staff understanding of the compliance framework. This involves maintenance of the organisation wide policy and procedures including timely update, dissemination, and training.
With a background in governance, legal, auditing or project management and a few years’ experience in these areas, you will have confidence liaising with all levels across multiple divisions within the organisation. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be utilised when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and activities related to external reporting and accreditation requirements.
As a self-starter, who is able to work independently, you will have a pro-active mindset with good time management and be ready to develop your governance skills further.
