outlined in our latest report From Content to Payment – the Rise and Implications of Social Media Ad Revenue Sharing.
You can expect to

● Help strategize and operationalise a multi-stakeholder working group on social media monetization;
● Contribute towards the design of principles on transparency and accountability in monetization;
● Work closely with the Executive Director and Investigation Lead to coordinate a multi-pronged strategy.
Required skills and experience
● Direct experience dealing with challenges to the information environment, as a policy analyst, journalist,
researcher, activist, fact checker, marketing professional, or platform worker;
● Familiarity with the EU policy landscape (US desirable);
● Solid English writing skills, with experience producing high-quality public-facing outputs including reports,
analyses, policy briefs, memos, and position papers;
● Excellent ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with others from diverse backgrounds;
● Proactiveness and resourcefulness – marked by a can-do attitude, creativity, and a propensity to manage up.
What we offer
● Flexible working hours and conditions, as part of a fully remote team;
● Competitive rate – commensurate with experience;
● Unique data and expertise in the information integrity and tech accountability space – helping ensure that your
skills contribute to groundbreaking and high-impact global advocacy and risk mitigation efforts.
