About the role
The Policy Officer will be working with the MSIC and Uniting Quality teams. You will be responsible for the review and updating of MSIC’s suite of policies. Activities will include mapping MSIC policies and documentation against relevant Uniting and NSW Health policies and standards, and reviewing and developing associated information management and internal communications.
This is a Part Time, 6 Month Contract, (half time, with hours/days to be agreed).
About You
- Tertiary Qualifications in a related discipline
- Ability to work in a close knit, open plan environment;
- Ability to collaborate with relevant other teams across Uniting
- Understanding of/willingness to learn the legislative, policy framework and values underpinning MSIC’s operation, including the principles of harm reduction; and
- Technical proficiency including working knowledge of/experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Office
