Description of the Assignment: The consultancy aims to support the development of an updated Waste Management Law for FBiH in close collaboration with a legal expert. The consultant support aligning the legal framework with contemporary waste management challenges and opportunities. All activities would be carried in collaboration with the UNDP Country Office (CO) in BiH. Expert will report directly to the project manager and will collaborate closely with representatives from the Federal Ministry of the Environment and Tourism on a daily basis.
Period of assignment/services: June – August 2024 (25 working days)
