Three-Year Postdoc in Theoretical Particle Physics and Gravity

The Niels Bohr International Academy at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, invites applications for a three-year postdoc position in Theoretical Particle Physics and Gravity.

We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher with a suitable research background focused on computations of classical gravitational post-Minkowskian physics from amplitudes. Priority is given to candidates with expertise in geodesic motion and extreme mass ratios to investigate the dynamical scattering of black holes, non-perturbative double copy methods, and Hamiltonians for gravity expressed in quadratic forms.

The candidates should hold a Ph.D. in physics (or graduate from a Ph.D. program before starting the position).

The position may be applied for at the Postdoctoral Researcher level.
