Jolanta Grembecka and Tomasz Cierpicki, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, to carry out projects focused on studying the effect of small molecules blocking new epigenetic targets in cancer. The research will focus on evaluation of the activity and the mechanism of action of novel small molecules blocking epigenetic proteins in cancer as well as on evaluation of the effects of chromatin perturbation in cancer. We are seeking for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with an extensive experience in cancer cell biology. This position requires the expertise in cell biology and molecular biology techniques, including PCR, qRT-PCR, Western Blotting, co-Immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, ChIP, ChIP-Seq.
