Postdoctoral Position – Bioinformatics

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate PhDs and Postdocs to join our research team. As the bioinformatics PhD/postdoc, you will play a key role in advancing our research efforts, with a primary focus on data mining and the application of machine learning/artificial intelligence models to address complex bioinformatics and biomedical problems. The ideal candidates may hold degrees in bioinformatics, computer science, or related field, and possesses strong programming skills in Python, R, or C. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in bioinformatics, including but not limited to NGS data analysis, multi-omics, and GWAS.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Contribute to cutting-edge research in bioinformatics and biomedical informatics.

Apply data mining techniques and develop ML/AI models to address complex biomedical challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret diverse biological datasets.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bioinformatics and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

 

Qualifications:

 

Degrees in bioinformatics, computer science, or related majors.

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or C.

Research experience in bioinformatics, including NGS data analysis, multi-omics, GWAS, etc.

Demonstrated passion for research and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
