Position Summary
The Kwon lab is a dynamic group of clinical and translational investigators dedicated to improving infection prevention and combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR). We conduct studies focused on characterizing AMR reservoirs in the human and environmental gut microbiome and developing methods to prevent AMR colonization and infection.
We are hiring a postdoctoral research associate with a background in either microbiology, clinical research, or infectious diseases. Opportunities for growth will include in microbiologic laboratory techniques, clinical and translational research study design, and characterization of AMR.

Required Qualifications
Ph.D. or M.D. in Microbiology, Clinical Research, Infectious Diseases or related field.
Working Conditions
This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.
Salary Range
Base pay is commensurate with experience.
