Offer Description

The hired person will join a project that aims to study how intratumoral heterogeneity and the tumor microenvironment contribute to the response to treatment and to the predictive capacity of patient-derived organoids in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas.

Specific functions:

• Establishment and culture of patient-derived organoids from tissue biopsies.
• Isolation and culture of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
• Isolation and culture of tumor fibroblasts.
• Establishment of 3D co-cultures.
• Functional and drug response assays in 3D tumor models (viability, proliferation…)
• Analysis and processing of optical and fluorescence microscopy images.
• Genomic and transcriptomic analysis (at the single cell level) in 3D tumor models.
