Offer Description
The hired person will join a project that aims to study how intratumoral heterogeneity and the tumor microenvironment contribute to the response to treatment and to the predictive capacity of patient-derived organoids in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas.
Specific functions:
Establishment and culture of patient-derived organoids from tissue biopsies.
Isolation and culture of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
Isolation and culture of tumor fibroblasts.
Establishment of 3D co-cultures.
Functional and drug response assays in 3D tumor models (viability, proliferation…)
Analysis and processing of optical and fluorescence microscopy images.
Genomic and transcriptomic analysis (at the single cell level) in 3D tumor models.
