Practice NurseApplicants looking for up to 20 hours each weekWoodside Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our brilliant nursing team in our modern, purpose built practice in the North of Aberdeen.The Nursing Team currently has 3 Practice Nurses and 2 CTAC staff who work alongside an experienced ANP and our 9 GP Partners as well as a number of other attached staff (physio, link worker etc) to deliver a high standard of care to our 13000 patients. If you are great at communication, team working and working pro-actively you will fit in well with this team.Applicants will ideally have experience of general treatment room duties such as wound care management, smears and warfarin monitoring and either have experience of, or be happy to work towards, chronic disease management including asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, stroke and hypertension.
