This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Practice Specialist at our Kew centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

The role

Reporting to the General Manager Clinical Services, you will be responsible for the implementation of Relationships Australia Victoria’s Lawyer Inclusive Family Dispute Resolution (LIFDR) Services. This involves designing a model of practice that includes a robust program logic, and, developing a Business Plan that includes demand and competitor analysis and revenue expenditure forecast. Your responsibilities will also include the implementation of a Pilot Service at our Kew Centre that transforms into an ongoing LIFDR service across RAV.

This position is fixed term until September 2025 with the possibility of permanent employment if funding contracts are renewed. The successful candidate will work three (3) days per week, Monday to Wednesday (or working days by negotiation).

About you

  • Degree qualified in social or behavioural sciences, law, or other relevant fields.
  • Knowledge and previous experience using a variety of evaluation methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Proven skills demonstrating sensitivity to client issues/confidentiality.
  • Strong data entry/literacy and use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the broader family law system and FDR practice (highly desirable).

The base salary range is $118k – $127k (pro-rata) per annum.
