Brief description:
The Community Manager will perform the following functions and responsibilities:
- Social Media Management and Content Generation.
- Administer official social media accounts of RBLAC corporate directorate, in coherence and in liaison with Comms team/taskforce.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and goal-oriented digital communications strategies and plans aligned with the regional strategy and in liaison with Comms team.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and audience preferences to inform corporate digital communications strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all digital channels.
- Create, curate, and publish compelling content.
- Create innovative visual and written content, including posts, images, videos, and other relevant formats.
- Design and adapt content to maximize engagement and interaction with the audience.
- Interaction and Response.
- Encourage audience participation through meaningful conversations.
- Ensure corporate directorate accounts engages their key target audiences and stakeholders across social media channels.
- Internal Collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with organizational messages and objectives. It includes social media content in support of official missions or the participation on relevant events by corporate directorate profiles.
- Coordinate with communication and programmatic teams to ensure message consistency, providing feedback and inputs.
- Monitoring, analysis, and Improvement.
- Define KPIs and prepare monthly comprehensive performance reports and ad-hoc reports when necessary for review and evaluation.
- Constantly monitor the performance of social media posts and campaigns of corporate directorate accounts.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to increase reach and engagement and provide recommendations accordingly.
