Purpose of the Assignment:  
The RBLAC Directorate seeks a reputable communications firm, capable of supporting and advising the RBLAC Directorate with the implementation of an effective communications strategy to connect successfully with stakeholders and strengthen positioning internally (UNDP and UN system) and externally (key development partners).

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline: April 30th, 2024 @ 15.00 EST (New York Time). If there is a discrepancy between this deadline and the closing date indicated in the portal, then the portal’s closing date is the valid closing date.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
