The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be part of a short list of pre-qualified contractors that will be invited to submit bids to an upcoming Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced project in line with the requirements outlined below.
To ensure that only qualified and capable organizations undertake this critical project, the UNDP Central Procurement Team is launching this prequalification process. This process will evaluate the technical, financial, and managerial capacities of prospective contractors to confirm their ability to successfully deliver the projects. By establishing a roster of prequalified suppliers, UNDP aims to streamline procurement, enhance efficiency, and ensure effective project implementation. The upcoming ITB will be sent only to shortlisted/prequalified bidders.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send your firm notifications in case of amendments to the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal.
In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

The purpose of the conference meeting will be to explain all the clauses of the prequalification document and the relative annexes and to answer any clarification questions. Though attending the pre-qualification conference is not mandatory, this will help the organization to understand the requirements of the EOI process.
