We are seeking an Arabic Speaking Premium Lifestyle Manager to join an elite team. In this role, you will provide bespoke services to our high-net-worth clients, managing their personal and professional needs with the utmost discretion and efficiency. Responsibilities include curating exclusive experiences, managing daily schedules, and coordinating luxury services. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong network of high-end service providers, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service. • MUST be able to speak and write Arabic on a fluent/Native level.
• 2+ experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, customer service, concierge or call center
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all time
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Having knowledge and experience in working in the travel sector such as firsthand experience booking flights, hotels and making other travel reservations and have confidence in issuing tickets, making changes and amendments is a plus
• You must be flexible to work rotational shifts
