Relocation Compensation may be available and considered
Salary: $4,093.00 – $5,501.00 Monthly 
The salary range listed includes a general wage increase of 3% for all state employees effective July 1, 2024.

Responsibilities:
This position is the gatekeeper for timber sale tracking and sale-related document review and sale approval process. This position is also the initial point of contact for records or information regarding timber sales both internally and externally. This position also assists with log and load accountability for sold timber sales.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BA degree in business or public administration, or a closely allied field AND 1-year experience negotiating, administering, or terminating contracts, contract property management, contract cost/price analysis, or contract compliance;
  OR a combination of education and/or experience equivalent.
• Advanced level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
