What You’ll Do:
Tailored (Static) Pricing Strategy:
Create Impact: Establish and implement robust pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures;
Customize: Tailor pricing strategies to different customer segments, maximizing value and meeting specific market needs;
Collaborate: Work closely with sales teams to communicate and execute pricing strategies effectively in the field.
Dynamic Pricing Management:
Innovate: Implement and manage advanced pricing optimization tools to keep our prices responsive to market changes;
Refine: Continuously adjust pricing models based on performance and market feedback.
Rebates Program Design:
Strategize: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to define and achieve the objectives of our rebate programs;
Target: Identify and segment customers to maximize rebate program effectiveness;
Evaluate: Assess the cost-effectiveness and success of rebate programs, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
Technology Implementation:
Leverage: Utilize advanced pricing management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance decision-making;
Integrate: Seamlessly connect pricing solutions with our ERP and CRM systems for smooth operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Align: Ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives by working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams;
Support: Provide pricing guidance and support negotiations with clients, enhancing sales team effectiveness;
Network: Liaise with industry peers on pricing trends and best practices.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of pricing strategies and initiatives;
Analyze: Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed recommendations for adjustments.
Process Design/Improvement:
Harmonize: Improve and harmonize the quotation process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy;
Inform: Develop processes to collect and utilize market data from sales and marketing;
Incentivize: Explore strategies to encourage prompt payments and define tactics to recover outstanding payments, maintaining positive customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Excellence: Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
Pricing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pricing strategy development and implementation;
Analytical Mind: Strong data analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and pricing effectiveness;
Communication Pro: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing;
