Our 5 churches, with 3 PCCs are used to working supportively together with a 0.5 incumbent. Alongside our committed and experienced lay leaders we are looking for someone who will:

• Continue to grow and develop our leadership and serving teams;

• bring missional energy and new ideas to grow our small congregations;

• actively engage with our schools and develop work with young people and families;

• build on the opportunities provided by occasional offices;

• help us care for those in our community who most need it;

• be keen to live in and be part of our community.
