Offer Description

The aim of the project is to examine the new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) institutional and substantive framework vis-à-vis the vast amount of EU soft-law measures adopted by the European Supervisory Authorities and the European Central Bank with regard to AML as well as the relevant ECJ case-law EU financial law is built on.
A regular presence at the University is required, as agreed with the project coordinator

The interview, which will be held telematically, aims at assessing skills in the following topics:
Strong knowledge and experience in the field of banking and financial market supervision and regulation.
Strong knowledge of EU law.
Good knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation

During the interview, knowledge of ENGLISH language will be evaluated.

Additional Information
Benefits

The research fellowship amounts to Euro 22.300,00.=per year, gross to the recipient, net of the expenses to be sustained by the Provider. The amount may be subject to adjustment in the event of variations in the law
