The Opportunity:

The Principal Architect, Cyber Uplift Programs is a subject matter expert and will perform a leading role within cyber security uplift programs at Monash University. Drawing on extensive technical cyber security and enterprise infrastructure experience, this role will lead the implementation of best practices and architectural patterns and guidelines, within the program..

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure and cyber security architecture
  • Strong background in architecting and building Security Architecture Frameworks, emphasizing security, performance, and reliability in medium to large organizations, showcasing expertise in information security and IT risk management
  • Experience in setting architectural direction and undertaking technical program leadership in a complex, multi-entity, multi-national organisation
  • Extensive experience working with large, complex, multi-year programs with clear scope, budget, quality and delivery expectations/targets/outcomes
