This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Legal team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom – HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serves as Third Party Governance (TPG) Lead for the Legal Department globally, covering external third parties
- Oversees compliance with the TPG policies and processes in the Legal Department, including providing ongoing guidance to Engagement Managers for external third parties within the department
- Works collaboratively with the Outside Counsel Governance and Strategy Director to ensure that the Outside Counsel network is managed in line with TPG policies and processes
- Develops and maintains an effective network with the Enterprise Third-Party Governance Program, a cross-functional team that drives the implementation of the TPG program and BAU third-party risk management activities.
- Leads on key related strategic and ad hoc initiatives as required
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
- Knowledge of vendor risk management including related key global regulatory and legal frameworks
