They are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to join the design team. You will primarily work on commercial office real estate, restaurants/bars, and high-end residential projects, reporting directly to the Head of Department. Collaborating with a small and dynamic team of design engineers, electrical engineers, and an associate director, you will play a key role in supporting and leading the MEP design projects.Unique Selling Points:

They are looking for a highly skilled Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to work in the Design team in London. Most of this work will be in Commercial Office Real Estate, Restaurants/Bars and High End Residential projects reporting directly into the Head of Department.
This unique role will in part see you working in a small dynamic Design team alongside three Mechanical Design Engineers an Electrical Design Engineer and Associate Director, supporting and leading their MEP Design projects.
The role will ideally suit a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer with 5+ years technical Electrical Design and Building Services / MEP Engineering experience with strengths in the following areas:
In return, we offer a highly competitive salary up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive an annual performance bonus of up to 20%, with spot bonuses available. They provide 28 days of annual leave per year (exclusive of statutory holidays) and offer a company pension scheme and a cycle to work scheme.
