We have recently embedded ourselves in the local Family Hubs and from 2025 we have started working with families at the getting more help or getting risk help stage of the Thrive Model. You will play a key role in helping the service to deliver on our commissioned responsibilities and to oversee this new phase for the service. You will be supported to develop clinical leadership skills as well as working as part of a wider group of principal therapies leads in the Norfolk and Suffolk perinatal services group.Main duties of the jobYou will provide clinical supervision and leadership to the team, which includes Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Systemic Psychotherapists, Play Therapist, Cognitive Analytic Therapists and an Assistant Psychologist. Training in one or more models of parent infant interventions or observations methods is essential for this role. You will be managed and supported by an experienced perinatal Consultant Psychologist within the Service. You will work closely with the team manager to oversee the day to day running of the team.PAIRS is part of a wider service group which also involves the Norfolk and Suffolk perinatal community mental health teams, the Kingfisher Mother and Baby Unit and the Lotus Maternal Therapeutic Outreach Service.Working for our organisationHere at NSFT we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other.
