Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine project “Support to National Stakeholders in Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice” envisages several inter-related activities aimed at developing a unified terminological toolkit which will promote uniform use of legal terminology across the professional and academic community. Under this activity it is planned to publish an updated, two-volume edition of the Dictionary on Constitutional Terminology for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU).
