Respected, law firm with their roots planted firmly in the local community are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Executive to join their Buxton office.Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a legal practice that has been established for over 150 years and have built up a loyal and high net-worth client base across Cheshire.As a Private Client Legal Executive, your main duties may include:

• Preparation of client wills
• Inheritance tax mitigation
• Lifetime trusts
• Administration of estates and trusts
• Preparing and registering Lasting Power of Attorney
• Application to the Court of Protection
